The all-new iPhone 17 has been making waves as an internet sensation since its debut at Apple's Awe Dropping event earlier this week, but whether this traction is actually praise or not is a bit difficult to decide for now, as many are pointing fingers at the iPhone maker for being stuck on design and performance enhancements.

While it's time which will tell a decisive truth, now is the iPhone maker that has declared its iPhone 17 Pro Max, the highest-end variant of the iPhone 17 series, as the best phone in the world.

This declaration comes in response to Samsung US' trolling of the new iPhone devices on social media, as Samsung’s campaign, viral under the hashtag #iCant, is reportedly targeting Apple’s latest features, including camera upgrades, live translation, and Sleep Score. It's a move experts view as an attempt to divert the spotlight from Apple.

Apple Design took to X (formerly Twitter) to highlight the iPhone 17 Pro Max’s standout features, calling it “the best phone in the world”. Apple also listed advantages over competitors.

Apple claims the iPhone 17 Pro Max excels in console-level gaming, video performance, and battery life, featuring a 5088 mAh battery optimised for iOS.

The tech giant is of the view that the iPhone 17 Pro Max offers the fastest processing speed, smooth user experience, Face ID security, and superior app quality.
