Google is rolling out a new Gemini side panel in Gmail on the web, which can perform several tasks that are very useful for the users

- Draft new emails, using AI-powered suggestions
- Offer proactive prompts, anticipating your needs
- Answer freeform questions, leveraging Google's advanced AI models like Gemini 1.5 Pro
This innovative feature will be available on mobile apps as well, allowing you to stay on top of your email game wherever you go, but will be accessible to only Google Workspace customers with a Gemini Business or Enterprise add-on, Gemini Education or Education Premium add-on, or Google One AI Premium subscribers.
