As the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10 has ignited euphoria among cricket enthusiasts nationwide, a bold move has been made by Habib Bank Ltd (HBL) to embrace generative AI.
In a bid to increase fan engagement during the 10th anniversary of the HBL Pakistan Super League (HBLPSL), the bank has launched a unique AI-powered feature called FanTunes, The News reported, citing a press release.
This innovative AI tool lets users create their own musical anthems to celebrate HBLPSL X, adding a creative and tech-driven touch to the ongoing sporting festivities.
“HBL FanTunes allows us to connect with the youth of Pakistan using generative AI technology,” said Ali Habib, chief marketing and communications officer at HBL. “It’s part of our broader mission to redefine digital engagement and lead on tech transformation in banking.”
Making HBL the first Pakistani bank to integrate generative AI into a fan interaction campaign, FanTunes marks a shift in how brands are making the most of emerging technologies like AI to connect with audiences.
By combining sports, music, and AI, HBL has set a new benchmark in fan participation, enabling spectators to become active contributors to the PSL X's celebration.
