In line with Pakistan's startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem outshining its previous records, inDrive.Delivery, a fair-play courier service, has introduced Business Mode in Pakistan, designed specifically for entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Services of inDrive's new Business Mode

The inDrive Business Mode comes on the heels of a notable 36% increase in B2B activity over the past six months in the country. This new feature facilitates frequent business senders by offering tools like in-app package coverage, priority support, and advanced delivery options tailored to the needs of local enterprises.

The move also aligns with the rising adoption of courier apps by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Pakistan to attain enhanced speed, flexibility, and control in their delivery operations.

According to an inDrive study, some of the primary factors behind this shift are the ability to order multiple couriers (63%), faster delivery times (57%), and real-time monitoring (48%).

“Pakistani entrepreneurs are practical and ambitious, and Business Mode was developed with that mindset,” said Muhammad Awais Seed, country lead at inDrive.

Although 58% of businesses across Pakistan still operate primarily offline, many are embracing digital to meet rising customer expectations. Currently, businesses using inDrive.Delivery ensure numerous timely deliveries monthly, with top-of-the-line sectors including fashion, electronics, and restaurants.

Users can also avail features like courier selection based on ratings, price negotiation, and real-time tracking quickly through the inDrive app, with no additional costs or paperwork required.
