Artificial intelligence (AI) has evolved so much over the past few years that it now deals with a significant portion of physical human health, but given the emergence of a new AI assistant, it looks like the intelligent technology is all set to take over humans' mental health as well.

Lime AI, claimed to be an AI tool assisting individuals in managing stress, has been developed by BlueSignum, the company behind the digital journaling app DailyBeanartificial intelligence.

Android Headlines, citing sources, reported that the stress management AI tool will be launched at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025, scheduled from March 3 to March 6 in Barcelona, Spain.

In case depression and dejection occur very often to you in today's overwhelming, hectic era for one reason or another, this is when Lime AI kicks in, offering personalised insights and guidance to cop with a stressful situation, anytime, anywhere.

In a press release, BlueSignum outlined that Lime AI is assisted by “professional psychological research and cutting-edge AI technology,” transforming the dynamics of stress management.

Here's how Lime AI helps in stress management

The AI chatbot patiently listens to everything a user has to say about a particular scenario to identify the biggest factors causing stress. Lime AI then discloses “potential strengths and hidden resources,” followed by the provision of a Stress Analysis of the user's situation, including a thorough outline of the user's mental situation.

The virtual assistant comes with a Strategy Card explaining numerous techniques to overcome stress.
