National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is set to transform its services with enhanced technology and a focus on public awareness.
NADRA spokesperson Syed Shabahat on Friday emphasised the importance of national and civil registration awareness during a recent interview.
The citizens' national database registry is committed to enhancing public awareness about the importance of registering life events such as deaths, marriages, and births.
This registration process is crucial for obtaining essential documents and facilitating travel. By registering these events, citizens can ensure their convenience and contribute to their safety and security.
B Form with security features
The media plays a vital role in raising awareness about the significance of registering life events. Shabahat appealed to the media to encourage citizens to take advantage of NADRA's services.
He also revealed that NADRA plans to incorporate advanced security features in the B Form registration certificate for children above 10 years. These features will help combat child trafficking and safeguard minors by preventing identity theft and misuse.
Digital platforms and AI integration into NADRA services
NADRA is encouraging mobile users to shift to digital platforms. Citizens can visit NADRA's social media sites and website before physically visiting the office.
However, by using the NADRA PAK ID website and mobile app, citizens can fulfil their document requirements and avoid office rush.
NADRA is also set to introduce further technological advancements, including the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance efficiency and user experience.
