A Chinese tech company Oppo is ready to release its next-generation F-series budget-friendly smartphone, Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G, in the Indian market.
The Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G is claimed to be India's first handset to boast an IP69 rating. In addition, the handset will house an armoured body and a premium leather finish.

Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G launch details
Oppo has unveiled the release date of the Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G smartphone in the Indian market on June 13. The latest smartphone is confirmed to be launched at an event scheduled at 12:00 PM IST. People can watch the live stream of the F27 Pro+ 5G launch on the company’s official YouTube channel.

There’s no official update about the price of the handset, yet according to various leaks, it’s expected that the smartphone will be available under the INR 40,000 price tag.
Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G anticipated specifications
The Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G is expected to provide a premium design. The handset is confirmed to be offered in two colour options: Midnight Navy and Dusk Pink. The company unveiled that the Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G is set to be the first smartphone in India to feature IP69, IP68, and IP66 ratings.
In addition, the handset sports military-grade durability with MIL-STD-810H ratings and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection for the display.
On the rear panel, people can see a new Cosmos Ring design around the camera module. The Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G supports a leather finish with siloxane for a stain-free experience. It is measured as 7.89 mm thick and weighs 177 grams.
The Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G is acclaimed to boast a 3D curved AMOLED screen. The device is expected to house a 6.7-inch Full HD+ resolution with 120HZ screen refresh rate.

Oppo handset is expected to be powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimenisty 7050 processor with Mali G68 MC4 GPU. Moreover, the company has confirmed that the smartphone will be available in two configurations: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage space and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage space.
The Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G is expected to run on Android 14 operating system with ColorOS 14 on top of it. The company has yet not unveiled any details about the Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G cameras.
However, the handset might be equipped with a dual-camera setup if recent leaks are considered. The Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G might boast a 64 MP primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture and a 2 MP depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture. On the front, the handset might equip an 8 MP shooter for selfies and video calling.
The Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G is likely to house a 5,000mAh battery with the support of 67W fast charging. Moreover, the device will feature 5G, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, a USB Type-C port, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and more.
