In a major move, the Peshawar Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system will soon expand to Khyber Road, improving access to the Judicial Complex.

The Peshawar Bar Association President, Qaiser Zaman, presided over the meeting that led to this decision, which was attended by senior officials, including BRT's project director Zahid Ali Shah.

The new route was approved by the BRT authorities after the Bar Association requested it, according to a press release.

Lawyers, paralegals, and litigants should find it much easier to access the Judicial Complex thanks to this extension.

In order to improve convenience for court visitors, a dedicated BRT station will be installed at Gate No. 2 of the complex.

Zaman thanked District and Sessions Judge Inamullah Wazir, the BRT administration, and all parties involved for meeting a long-standing legal community demand.

This development demonstrates the government's dedication to strengthening Peshawar's public transit system and the city's infrastructure as a whole.

The BRT service expansion is a component of a larger project to enhance Peshawar's public transit system.

The project's goals are to encourage effective transport and offer a long-term solution to traffic congestion.

The city's transport landscape will be significantly shaped by the BRT system as new diesel-hybrid buses and infrastructure improvements are implemented.
