In a bid to improve citizen engagement, NADRA will conduct open court sessions on August 29, 2025, in line with directives from Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, to provide timely solutions to public concerns related to identity documents.
Through social media, NADRA has announced two open court sessions, which are set to be held at key Karachi locations, including Mega Centre, SITE Industrial Area, Siemens Chowrangi Zone, where sessions will be held from 11:00am to 12:00pm, and Mega Centre, Plot D 1-15, Block L, District Central, North Nazimabad Zone from 10:00am to 11:00am, on Friday, August 29.
NADRA urged citizens to join the session closest to their residence and bring relevant documents, such as CNICs, family registration certificates, and other identity-related paperwork to facilitate the resolution of their issues.

By hosting open courts, NADRA aims to simplify its services, ensuring greater efficiency, transparency, and citizen satisfaction.
On the other hand, to streamline access, NADRA offers the Pak-ID application, a digital platform from which users can apply for identity documents, upload required files, track application progress, and make payments.
Previously, NADRA unveiled a new feature in its upgraded Pak-ID mobile application, enabling citizens to track the status of their applications online.
With this feature, citizens no longer need to visit NADRA centres to obtain or update identity documents.
