
Loosing important contacts can be a stressful experience, especially if you rely on them for work or personal connections. Fortunately, Gmail and Google Workspace offer a convenient way to restore deleted contacts.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to restore
- Log in to your Gmail or Google Workspace account
- Click on the Google Contacts icon
- On the left sidebar, Click on "More" and then "Trash" form the drop-down menu.
- Select the contacts you want to restore. You can select multiple contacts at once.
- Click on the "Restore" button at the top of the page to move the selected contacts back to your main contact list.

Restore deleted numbers on Android
- Open the Phone Settings app on your Android device.
- Scroll down and select "Accounts."
- Choose the account that contained the deleted contacts (e.g., Google account, Samsung account, etc.).
- Tap on "Contacts."
- Tap on "Restore contacts."
- Select the backup file that contains the deleted contacts (the file should be dated before the contacts were deleted).
- Tap "Restore" to restore the deleted contacts.
