Regal Automobiles Industries Limited is set to unveil Pakistan's first locally assembled electric crossover SUV, the Seres 3, at a launch ceremony scheduled for November 30, at the Regal Automobiles plant in Lahore. 

This marks a milestone for the country’s automotive industry. The Seres 3 has been designed to cater to the increasing demand for eco-friendly, high-performance electric vehicles in the country. 

Earlier, in October, a certification was also issued by the Engineering Development Board (EDB), providing Regal Motors’ with in-house assembling capabilities to produce the Seres 3 EV in Pakistan. 

Seres 3 EV specs

The Seres 3 EV features impressive specifications, boasting a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), which delivers an output of 156 hp (116 kW) and 280 Nm of torque. 

The Seres EV is powered by a 54 kWh Lithium-ion battery allowing for an impressive range of up to 403 km on a single charge. 

With DC fast charging, the Seres 3 EV’s battery can be charged from 0 to 80% in only 40 minutes. It also features a speed of 160 km/h and accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 8.9 seconds. 

The Seres 3 also offers a premium interior, with a 10.25-inch touchscreen and advanced infotainment options. 

Seres 3 EV price in Pakistan

The 5-seater Seres 3 electric vehicle is expected to be priced at Rs8,390,000 in Pakistan. It comes in two variants, including a 49 kWh battery variant and a 54 kWh battery.
