How to pay NADRA fees online: A comprehensive guide

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has unveiled a cutting-edge online fee payment portal, streamlining the process of obtaining identity documents and improving the overall citizen experience through increased efficiency and accessibility.

With this initiative, NADRA aims to provide ease to citizens in Pakistan and abroad in paying fees smoothly through multiple online cash payment platforms.

The "Pak ID" mobile app is the source through which applicants can pay for various documents, like Smart National Identity Cards (SNIC), Child Registration Certificates (CRC), and Family Registration Certificates (FRC), using Easypaisa, JazzCash, or e-Sahulat.

How to pay NADRA fee online

  1. To pay through debit/credit card, the applicant needs to:
  2. Log in to the "Pak ID" mobile app.
  3. Click on “Inbox” to view your approved application and tracking ID.
  4. Select “Pay Now” (if available) and proceed to payment.
  5. Enter cardholder details and the verification code sent by your bank.
  6. Upon successful transaction, a confirmation message will appear.

Payment method via Easypaisa App

  1. In the Easypaisa app, select the NADRA fee option.
  2. Enter the tracking ID and provide verification details.
  3. Click “Pay in Full” after “Pay Now” and complete the transaction.

Payment method via JazzCash app

  1. In the JazzCash app, choose “Govt Payments.”
  2. Select NADRA, NIS, then enter your tracking ID, and provide confirmation details.
  3. Enter your MPIN to complete the payment and get confirmation.

Payment method via e-Sahulat app

  1. Go to any nearby e-Sahulat franchise.
  2. Give the dealer your tracking ID and pay the fee.
  3. Your documents will be transported within the specified timeframe.

NADRA's official rules for online payments note that only through Mastercard and Visa debit/credit cards, fee is accepted.

  • Standard Fee: Rs750 SNIC
  • Urgent processing: Rs1,500
  • Executive services: Rs2,500
