The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) on Tuesday announced the updated timings for winters for all registration centres across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, providing better services to citizens.
Through its Facebook post, the authority said that the revised winter schedule — effective November 19 — applies to regional head offices, zonal offices, and registration centres operating under both five-day and six-day formats.
Nadra schedule for winters
According to Nadra, the regional offices and zonal offices that work five days a week, will remain open from 8:30am till 4:30pm. Meanwhile, all registration centres across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — which work five days a week — will be open from 9am till 5pm.
Double-shift offices working six days a week will remain open and start their morning shift from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 3pm, and their evening shift from 2pm to 8pm.
"Citizens are advised to follow the winter schedule to avoid any inconvenience during the season," said Nadra.
Earlier on Monday, Nadra issued an advisory for overseas Pakistanis, particularly those living in the United Kingdom (UK), about a fake website pretending to be the authority to scam users.
The authority clarified that the platform has no affiliation with Nadra and is misusing the name to scam overseas Pakistanis.
