
Pakistan Railways (PR) released its new schedule for the winter season, effective today (October 16). According to Pakistan Railways, the new schedule includes minor revisions in the 16 trains’ departure timings across different routes.
The stopovers for three trains at select stations have been removed, while four suspended trains are now reinstated and added to the schedule, providing passengers with some new options for booking trains.
Timings of trains for winters
Allama Iqbal Express will leave from Sialkot at 7:30am, and the Narowal Passenger Train at 7:25am. At 5am in the morning, the Faiz Ahmad Faiz Passenger Train will depart from Narowal.
From Karachi Cantt railway station, the Awam Express will depart at 8:00am, and the Shalimar Express at 7:10am.
PR has given regular stops to nine trains at various railway stations, replacing their temporary suspension.

Earlier, PR announced the launch of a new shuttle train service which will connect Lahore, Kasur, and Pakpattan to provide passengers a new travel option.
