
After the recent launch of the AI Chatbot 'Khizer', Pakistan Single Window (PSW) on Wednesday announced the official integration of 'Khizer' within the PSW platform and the Trade Information Portal of Pakistan (TIPP).
The 'Khizer' — developed with the support of Sybrid Private Limited — provides real-time, intelligent assistance to PSW users to ensure that they are getting quick access to crucial information regarding trade, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
By giving automated responses, the AI Chatbot reduces the dependency on manual support, ensuring a smoother experience for traders seeking Pakistan's import, export, and transit procedures.
PSW Chief Strategy & Operations Officer Athar Fahim stated: “With the integration of 'Khizer', we are significantly improving the trade process by providing real-time, automated support. This AI chatbot makes it easier, faster, and more reliable for Pakistani traders to access critical information, helping streamline trade operations and boost Pakistan’s competitiveness in the global market.”
The launch of 'Khizer' is part of PSW's strategy to digitalise and transform trade operations while providing stakeholders with user-friendly, tech-driven solutions to simplify and improve their experience.
PSW and Sybrid aim to add new features to the 'Khizer', including expanded support for additional trade functions, enhanced AI accuracy, and personalised user interaction with the AI Chatbot to strengthen Pakistan’s digital trade infrastructure.
