The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Tuesday launched a Public Facilitation Portal that will help give citizens easy access to judicial information, track case progress, and file complaints online.

The portal — developed on the special directions of the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi — is designed to improve transparency and public engagement within the judicial system.

With the Application Status section, you can easily keep an eye on the progress of requests related to early hearings, adjournments, and video-link appearances.

Moreover, the SC added that by contacting the 1818 helpline, citizens can get information and assistance regarding their cases.

Meanwhile, to support overseas Pakistanis, the SC has also launched an Overseas Portal to allow citizens living abroad to stay connected to their ongoing court proceedings.

"The Public Facilitation Portal marks a new era of openness and accessibility in Pakistan’s justice system. By bringing court services to every citizen’s fingertips, it transforms the SC from a distant institution into an active public partner  —transparent, inclusive, and responsive," a statement issued the top court mentioned.

Pakistanis can share suggestions and feedback on court services and digital operations through a Feedback Portal to promote public participation and strengthen judicial accountability.
