Infinix has officially confirmed the launch of the Infinix Note 50X 5G in India on March 27 and has also teased the design of the forthcoming device. A live Flipkart microsite has confirmed its availability on the e-commerce site. 

Further details regarding the upcoming handset will be revealed within a few days.

Infinix Note 50X 5G India launch

The company confirmed the release of the Infinix Note 50X 5G in a press release, highlighting that the phone will include top-tier features such as an Active Halo light feature, which will light up for notifications, and act as a front timer, display the charging status and create "a dynamic effect during game boot-up."

The teased image of the Infinix Note 50X 5G reveals an octagonal ‘gem-cut' camera module in a silver finish. It is powered by three sensors, an LED flash and an Active Halo unit. The camera island seems similar to that of the standard Infinix Note 50. Meanwhile, the Flipkart microsite suggests that detailed features of the device will be announced within a few days.

It is important to note, the Infinix Note 50X is likely to include a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, featuring a 6.78-inch 120Hz full-HD+ display and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W threshold for wired charging and reverse charging support. 

For optics, the handset will include a 108MP triple rear camera unit and an 8MP selfie shooter that runs on Android 14-based XOS 14.

Infinix Note 50X 5G pricing (expected)

The Infinix Note 40X was launched at INR 14,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant, while the 12GB + 256GB model was priced at INR 15,999. Similarly, the upcoming Infinix Note 50X is expected to be launched at affordable rates across the country.
