In the wake of Pakistan striving to attain digitalisation across all sectors nationwide, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced an exciting new feature in the Pak-ID mobile app, allowing citizens to check the status of their applications digitally.

The new Pak-ID app feature is said to be designed to reduce trips to NADRA offices, meaning applicants can now easily track their requests online.

With the new application status check feature, users just need to enter their Tracking ID to receive real-time updates on their applications. This service includes important documents like the Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), B-Form, and Family Registration Certificate (FRC).

The Pak-ID app also offers helpful step-by-step guides and video tutorials to keep users well-informed throughout the process.

A NADRA spokesperson highlighted that this app consolidates all of NADRA’s services in one place, making it particularly useful for overseas Pakistanis.

This digital initiative is designed to enhance convenience, reduce the need for in-person visits, and keep applicants updated about their requests anytime, anywhere.

Pak-ID mobile app's new feature is believed to make it easier for citizens to manage crucial documents at their fingertips.
